2.5 @ 8:20 - HR was still low 150s, so decided to bump it up

0.5 @ 7:53 Never strained to get this done at all. Debated on whether to go even faster but didn't want to overdo it. You can see, HR never got above 162. HR usually runs about 165 during HM. Getting just 5 lbs off I think has made at least part of the difference.
