2 mile warmup, 12 miles @ MP, 2 mile cooldown. I felt AMAZING today!! I wondered if I should have pushed a little harder the first half, as my HR was only 150. I decided to hold back a bit, which was good, as my HR went up a little. Perfect weather to start, 55f, 73 at finish and sunny, so a little warm.

Calc'd - 9:14 avg MP, 152 avg HR

Took one brief water stop about halfway through. I didn't want to stop but knew I needed to drink to make it through the entire 2 1/2 hrs.
