午餐:沙拉(鸭胸、牛油果) + 1杯Latte

跑步中补给:600ml CCD

跑后补充:BCAA 3.6g / Savas乳清蛋白冲400ml水 / 香蕉 x 2

晚餐:番茄蛋汤 / 凉拌黄瓜 / 菜饭 / 猪脚

点心:西瓜

P.S. 由于前一天燃烧沙龙,导致晚睡,导致跑步挪到下午,导致吃的有点多
