started slow but gradually warmed up, had to stop twicw to adjust shoes. toes hurt and blister on left heel, have to work out how to get them to fit used othdontics plus dutch socks. Felt tired on way back ( 40:50 split ) but then started to push it as slower on way back uphill plus headwind. Amazed at time
