Abbreviated the Fartlek workout. Was supposed to do 7 with 2 mile wu, 4 miles fartleking, and 1 mile cool down.
Instead, I did a 1.5 warm up and 3 miles fartleking and half mile cool down.
Legs felt dead. So, who knows what kind of speeds I was hitting when fartleking.
Really, I just want to see how many times I can say fartleking in one log entry.
