Notes

First ten miles my legs felt like shit, last ten miles my legs felt awesome, but I actually had to shit a couple of times. Did I just say something a couple of weeks ago about how I don't have stomach issues on runs anymore? Fuck. Anyway, I was able to pick it up the last couple of miles to race-ish pace. So, there's that to be happy about. I didn't turn my watch off at water stops (but, apparently I remembered to when I made pit stops). Overall, happy with the effort and with my legs at the end of the run, but good god I was so pissed at my stomach.
