Bitch and run! Company was awesome as always... but damn... it was humid as fuck and I was just generally not wanting to be out there. So, Steve and I took the steeplechase cut-through. No regrets, considering I ALMOST took the 5.8 shortcut.
The good... my legs felt better out there than they did last week.
