Notes
Intended to run the 11.2. And I wanted to try and keep up with The KoB and his crew for as long as I possibly could, but after about a mile in, I started to get very painful ladytime cramps. Never really experienced them like this before on a run and it freaked me out, so, I ran down towards deep wells to turn around and they went away, but, still didn't feel all that great.
And then later that night, I woke up at midnight with terrible cramping and the need to vomit, took me about a half hour, but I finally threw up and my stomach stopped hurting so much, that I was able to crawl back into bed and sleep. Still feels iffy this morning.
Not sure if any/all of these things are related or not.
Shitty week of running, but there's always next week, bitches.
