The first mile, I was like... there is no way I'm going to PR today. But then by the second mile, I was feeling good and picking it up and I was so sure that I was going to PR. I was thinking that my current PR pace was 7:27 (my old PR pace). UGH. Anyway... I'll upload my garmin when I get to work tomorrow, but according to it, I negative splitted. CRAZY. Overall, this run felt really, really good. Really hard, but really good.
Also, bonus: I beat all the bitches I wanted to beat including a bitch that beat me at the 10 miler in Nov. BOOM.
