This was an absolute collapse. I just felt terrible after about mile 3.5. Wasn't my day. Possible excuses include: humidity, not even before the race, not enough food before the race. Bottom line though... I got passed by all SORTS of bitches at this race and it SUCKED.
At the end of the day, this race sucked and I sucked, but I think it's probably just what I needed to keep my head in check through the rest of training. Fast doesn't come easy and it isn't free.
