Workout: 8x800s @ 4:00 with 400 recoveries. 2 mi w/u, 1 mi c/d

3:47, 3:47, 3:46, 3:52, 4:01, 4:15, 4:04, 4:01

So, I realized when I got to the track that I had no idea what pace a 1:50 half marathon is, so I just decided to try and shoot for 4:00s on these. These were tough... especially by myself. And I didn't have my watch set up to check myself as I went along, so I had no idea what my time was going to be for any of these. I was shocked that my first one was so fast and that the next couple were the same. I knew that wasn't sustainable, though I tried.

No idea what happened on the 4:15 one.

Nothing spectacular here, but good enough.
