Longish run in very cold weather. I hate the cold, but wanted the Garmin data and had no time to run on the treadmill at my slower indoor pace.
Walked .25 miles for the warmup, then started the garmin. Mile lap times were as follows:
Mile 1: 13:28 mi
Mile 2: 13:12 mi
Mile 3: 12:42 mi
last .6 (ran over a bit and missed stopping my garmin): 12:26 mi
Cool down: .5 mile walk home
