Notes

Started out with a .25 mile warm-up walk, then started the Garmin to track my pace. Attempted to stay where I was comfortable, even though my left calf didn't loosen up until mile 1.5. Mile 1: 12:41 mile; Mile 2: 12:59 mile; last 1/2 11:43 mile pace. Cooldown was a .5 mile walk home.
