Splits: 5:25, 5:35, 5:30 (?)
Felt great at 1.5 miles, but my second split was too slow. Also, a steep and 200 meter long hill killed my pace....probably slowed down at the worst to an 8:30 min mile pace at the top.
Tried to make up lost time on the downhill. Lesson= push more on the uphills because the downhills might not make up for the time lost!
