Notes

I attempted a repeat of the VO2 Interval that was scheduled for this past Wednesday. I made it through 1.75 laps before I had to stop. The effort level was very high....too high for just starting out the first interval of a planned 5 x 1200 meters. I stopped and finished the rest of the run at E pace, as I felt that I would not be able to complete the Interval workout at the proper intensity.

Lung and leg power very low. In addition, the rest of the run felt harder than it should have. I had to walk a few times.
