Last speed workout before Corporate Challenge. Legs are a little tired, but the times were cake. Still think 6:15 for the 5 mile run is possible. I plan to start conservatively during the first mile. 3 seconds either way of 6:20 is planned. Will see how much adrenalin will change that.
