My lft foot still hurts from plantar fasciitis. It is tender after staying off of it for a long period of time. It only hurts around the heel at this point. I am not sure if it is my tendon or bursa sac that is hurting. My knees are a little sore too. I think the extra intensity of my workouts is causing the problem. Anyways, I am going to loose 9 lbs in the next 30 day. I need to get down to what my race weight is going to be for the Mini. It will also help with my minor injuries. I also need to push my mileage up from the upper 20's and lower 30's to upper 30's. I hope I don't break.
