Starting to get into shape. Legs are just a little tired. Soon this will feel like a normal run and won't be feeling it as much at the end.

The idea is to warmup a little during the first mile and keep 7:55 pace for the next 6. I tend to hold that pace in the first part of the interval but press in the last quarter.
