3x(400 400 200 @ R w/200 jog) 5 min walk/jog btwn sets

3x300 practicing kick

Not a great workout, heat was rough today. Some of these were better than others. Strangely the 200s were the hardest to make pace for, but I think I expected they would be way easier than the 400s and backed off too much accidentally. Ran mostly on my own so it's got that going for it, but 400s should probably be no slower than 67 and 200s under 33.5. Heat I guess... didn't drink enough for how hot it was for sure. Time to start getting used to the heat though.

300s weren't bad, though. Each one went about 18 - 16.5 - 15, a good progression. Hopefully it helps to avoid a repeat of Saturday...

All in all it could have been worse but I would have liked to feel a little better. I guess legs were good, though.
