Not bad, not great. Officially a PR but have split faster by a little. Often don't run well in my second race so I'll take it. Went out around 58-59ish, was in 2nd in the heat from 400-600m, then... SURPRISE SURPRISE, got rocked at the end of the race again. Apparently 1:31-2 around 600m, so ugly last 200m but YOU KNOW WHAT? I went for it.
Just need that closing speed and I'll be SET. A couple more weeks of training will be fantastic.
