Niiiiiiiiiiiiiice and easy. Didn't have my watch or a watch to borrow so just ran a route for which I knew rough distance and threw a slow pace on it. Kept it very easy, honestly nothing was sore, just felt tired. Decided to split up the run 6/4, easier on the legs that way. Maybe I'll just take a little hit on mileage for the week, but I plan on getting out there for a few more tonight.
Ankle was hurting when I put on my shoes but loosening up on laces kept the run pain free.
