Taylor asked if I wanted to do 5 tonight, so I decided to pull a page from RPI's book and go 40min/40min today to EXTRA recover (even though my workout yesterday was definitely easier than theirs today but can't hurt). Kept this very slow... saw I was at ~22:20 at 3 miles so forced myself to slow down because I wanted the run over 7:30 pace. Felt good enough though, no sore spots or anything, just some general tiredness in the legs but honestly pretty good overall.
Oh, and surprisingly really warm out! Maybe I should have waited to workout today after all, there's no wind and it's like 62... haha
