Ran from Woodbridge today but not with the Woodbridge group because Kevin showed up late, so it was just Ben, Kevin, Spencer, and me. Accidentally got a little excited in the first couple miles but settled down over the next few. Ben is eternally able to run but Kevin and Spencer were huffing a bit haha.
