Better logging to follow but for now I want to sleep. In short, this workout was okay. After staying later than expected at work I was just happy to have gotten it done.

Ok so yeah, workout was okay. Ran in trainers, wasn't aiming for anything faster than 35/71, just getting back into things. Cooler than expected out, I think legs were having a hard time warming up. Went super easy on rests, took 90s after 200s and 3min after 400s, which would be about 200 in 75s or 400 in 2:30 and either jogging in place or standing around for the remaining seconds. The reps all could have been faster but I was trying to keep the effort right. I mean I guess I felt pretty smooth in the legs, breathing got a little choppy/wheezy at the end of the 4s but that was likely the cool, wet air. Not a smokin workout but I think this is definitely my weakest area at the moment so I'll take it, it served its purpose.
