HUMID out, but not terribly warm, only around 75. Back in the Zantes today and felt way smoother. Wasn't an amazing feeling run but it definitely wasn't bad. Followed up with 8 strides. If it's not raining, I'll do the 5k here on the island tomorrow morning. Expecting very little but I enjoy road races and they're good ways to get some quality in without realizing you're doing it. We'll see. Despite a course record of 14:29 (three guesses as to who set that one...), it's been very soft in the past couple years so should be good for a W I would think.
