Notes

Felt good on this one. We started off a at a decent pace despite a gradual climb, and that was even after Joe and I let Rob, Tyler, and Barrett go after a mile or so. 17:30 at the turn, 2.64 miles for 6:38 pace, but it didn't feel that fast. Ran the next 2.96 in 18:15 for 6:10 pace, which included 100m on the track to get to the start line. Then, 2.5 miles on the track in 5:37, 5:37, 2:46, for 5:35 avg for the last 14 min, got into a good rhythm. Tyler and Rob started a little before me on the track but was able to close the gap gradually over the distance, but they definitely were going harder for the first 35 minutes. I'm happy with how today went, think I ran the workout appropriately for me.
