Still feeling like shit but wanted to do something. Good ol easy week-of-race workout. 3x1T with 2min jog, 5:42 - 5:27 - 5:33. First was 75% of a 5:35 but misjudged the first 1/4mi. Second had favorable wind and was flat, third was slightly net down but into wind. Followed with 6x35 at who knows what pace but R effort. Considering I feel like shit all the time these days, this was plenty fine. Just hoping to maintain CMHM form into this weekend, then can worry about bigger workouts again... and hopefully shaking whatever has been beating me down.
