Notes
Little bit of an impromptu progression there. Didn't really intend to do anything notable today but felt pretty good in some amazing weather. After I realized that each of the first 5 miles were faster than the last, I decided to keep rolling with it and the pace came pretty easy. Easy runs for the next two days then we'll see what I can do in the Komen 5k on Saturday.
