Made my way out to a section of the Virginia Capital Trail. Was a nice change of scenery probably worth the $4.15 in tolls I paid to get there. However, the run was crap... extremely humid/muggy and tiny bugs everywhere, but most of all my stomach was killing me on the 2nd half, otherwise I would have gone more like 8. Oh well! Achilles wasn't great in the last mile but nothing horrible.
