4x200 @ R, 200 jog (separate)
This went fine, I really don't have any strong feelings on it (surprisingly!). Couple degrees warmer than it has been, I probably wasn't ideally hydrated but it wasn't an issue. Thought it might have been tough to get through mentally, but after starting, I just cruised along. Laps were pretty evenly split on each set all the way through. I wasn't aiming to pick up but that's pretty inevitable. That's about all to report, honestly. Ain't nothing to it but to do it.
