Notes

Would rather have done this 7/4 but this fit the schedule better. Chilled SUPER hard GPS free, watch was telling me 7:15 pace but it was definitely more like 7:30. Ran for 82.5min so I could justify calling this 11.

Definitely some tiredness in the legs but overall, nothing bad. I addressed and am continuing to address some light pains with some TPT yesterday so everything is feeling good honestly. After all, we all know the dangers of running 15ks... One second you're on top of the world, scaring the ish out of RPI, the next you're running SPAC in a polo.

If it was GPS free, how did your watch give you a pace?

Dang we've def been over this! It's got an accelerometer that measures run cadence. When the GPS is off, it tries to gives you a pace based off your run cadence based on info from GPS-measured paces at different run cadences. I've found it to be somewhat hit or miss in the past... hit in the 6:45-7:10 range where most of my GPS measured running is done, miss whenever I stray too far out of that range
