Ran at THE BRIDGE again finally. Probably shouldn't have waited so long to get back out here but one more run here before the race should set me up adequately (after all, that would be double the amount I ran on the bridge in my BR training block last year). It wasn't bad (miles 4 and 14 had most of the uphill, some in each's adjacent miles) but it did take something out of me since I didn't have quite the pep I normally have at the end of my LRs (though that could have been a later workout yesterday too, or forgetting inhaler but doubtful). Map is funky on second half but first half gives a better picture of the bridge than RA can. Beautiful day out, though unfortunately that meant hordes of people in downtown Charleston crowding the sidewalks, which meant for some slower miles in the middle. Bridge wasn't too crowded though. Ran to the Battery downtown for the first time since the marathon... had some flashbacks but not bad ones since that part was still early in the race haha.

Ronnie came with, she's getting in good shape! She went over and back and ran some errands as I finished up, then we got milkshakes at the pier. Pretty sure I'm never going to be able to LR at the bridge without getting a milkshake anymore. Solid week.

I wasn't planning on doing our LR at the bridge but I guess it's an option!
