Nothing too special to report. First mile was cake, second was fine, third got tough but manageable still. Wind was the biggest problem.

6x200 @ R after, I figure more meant as long strides. Ended up building a little as we went... only half intentionally. Hamstring didn't affect miles at all, though I noticed it felt a little stiff. 200s pace was right at the "might start to hurt" line, so made sure not to push those into the uncomfortable zone. It felt better as we progressed, though... same situation for the strides.
