1x4min, 2x3min, 3x2min, 4x1min with equal time jog rest, ended up being about 20min @ 5:09
This was good I think. Did it on the roads near my apt. May have toasted myself a bit on the first one but overall I think I held it together alright. The 2min segments slipped a bit but I think they had some more turns and uneven terrain. Regrouped some on the 1min ones. Think I'm fit but I don't want to get ahead of myself. Did a semi similar workout in the fall and even though this one was a slightly easier setup, I'd say it was significantly better regardless. Still, let's just keep on working hard for now.
