Solid stuff. Solo in the afternoon, unfortunately procrastinated so long that it started snowing so I was squinting the whole time haha, but otherwise decent enough conditions compared to the last few days (temp around 25 and not really windy). Mapped a 1.02mi loop near my house (extra .02 so I had an easy start/stop point) which was decently flat but not perfectly (track still snow covered). Calculator says I can take 7 seconds off for the hills, which seems fair to me. Snow made it a little slick in some sections, especially going around turns, but for the most part the roads were still clear. So overall, I think these are good for maybe a hair over 5 flat mile pace on the track, which is right where I wanted to be.

1 was tough because I was feeling it out and getting used to the pace. 2 was more even and came easier. 3 felt very good, but maybe I used a touch too much energy because 4 was tough and would have liked to see that be the fastest. Came through 800m and 1200m slower than the first two but refocused at the end to get under those times. 5 min rest, just like the LD guys did, which I spent about half walking and half jogging.
