I saw SNOWFLAKES! Really tiny ones but they count!
First sub 7 miles since mile 23 of the marathon haha.
Woke up feeling pretty energized so just took care of this one early. COULD NOT SLOW DOWN. I mean I felt good but I figured I should still stay on the cautious side, but every time my mind started drifting, the pace would pick up again. I don't think I need to be too concerned about this pace, though... don't need to keep running 7:30s forever after all. Pain free run, some minor discomfort after.
