Notes
Just to document a little better... left Achilles has been rough for a little while but especially not feeling great after this weekend. In particular I have inflammation/bump above the insertion point which I guess points to tendinitis (was present before the weekend). Typically I run through Achilles pain/stiffness but the bump is new so I'm going to hold back a bit.
Also of note (unrelated), I was having shin pain in the days leading up to the race. I bounce back and forth between "if it was a stress reaction I wouldn't have any doubt" and "stress reactions have to start somewhere, right?". I still lean towards muscular but I can help but be a little concerned.
And of course, balls of right foot still uncomfortable (since... December?). Pretty low on my concern list but minorly annoying sometimes.
