Goal 36 (200) / 5:39 (1600)

Decided to go with JD's week-of-marathon workout from his various plans (better late than never, right?), plus a couple 200s for good measure. Probably was a little silly doing two tempo WOs so close together but on the week of a big race I'm all about doing an easy workout that I enjoy, so I wasn't going to argue. Closer to goal than Saturday, though pacing was still wonky on the first two. The third was a little quick but it was basically straight 84s so in that regard it was the best. First 200s were into some wind but I also just felt a little sluggish... definitely felt like #2 was faster than #1 so that was odd. Second two were better. Overall didn't feel as great as Saturday or as I expected to but I think that was really just because of the darkness and wind, so probably about equal considering.
