Notes
Good run with Robert, slow first ~14 with the ECACers, then started picking up. Pace probably slowed a bit over in Brunswick Hills but we got into a good rhythm for the last 25 (aside from that momentum CRUSHING trail).
Felt good overall, nothing really to report. Just a little soreness still from Tues, nagging aches slowly going away more and more. OK lift, not a fan of about half of the exercises but whatever. At least it wasn't crowded...
SAW THE SPINNING DOG!!! 3 spins on the way out, 1 OPPOSITE SIDE spin way back!
EDIT: Rolling 7 finally back over 50 miles...
