Legs are still trash going downhill or down stairs. Kept today light because I didn't get my super easy Monday yesterday. However, part of the reason of the pace was because Brookfield is DARK at night! Very few street lights, def take Daniel Island for granted sometimes! Had headlamp and typical illumination gear, though. Slow goings through a muddy Happy Landings especially, but had some car dodging to do as well. No matter though, wanted it slow anyway. Rain held off again but air was still saturated enough for a little bit of run-ending chafing.
