Mapped it as best as I could (google map street view to find the yellow sign we kind of turned at), but it's probably a little off. Thought it would be faster so might have undermapped, but then again, beginning seemed a little relaxed and we might have eased up the last 2 min. Either way, goal pace was 5:40 so probably just about right on.

Felt pretty good, just a little tight in my hamstrings. Achilles area on both legs was sore to start the warmup, similar to Saturday, but it went away. Obviously overall feeling better than Sunday.
