Nothing too special here except I left work a little earlier so I had daylight through almost 8 I'd say. On the last 4 I did 15s stride pickups every 1/2mi. Uhhhhhhhhhh, yeah that's about it. Oh yeah my stomach hurt on the second half but held it together. Ok that's it.
