Wanted to see how slow I'd have to run to keep the HR under 160. Well, HR reached 160 with 2/3 of a mile of 7:45 pace running, and it was hard enough keeping the pace that slow. Still tried to keep it down after that but was pretty much stuck at 165 even as I crept towards/over 8min pace. Now it was hot, sleep hasn't been great, and I haven't been running, but it still felt like a crawl. Strap seems accurate though. It'll be interesting to track once I get running for real again...
Of course now that stupid Brian has commented here I can't remake this log with the data...
