Notes
Well was aiming for a higher week than this but what can you do. Friday was a long day at work and then drove straight home from there so didn't get back until 1:30a, then Saturday I tired, we had stuff to do, and I was just more interested with spending time with Ronnie. With how little I get to see her these days it's tough to peel away even for a little while.
But anyway, got out there today, though intended for longer too but we had dinner plans with her parents. Was warmer and more humid than I've been used to so it wasn't super easy but still much faster pace than my last runs around here were.
