Short long run at Sullivan's Island while Ronnie and Lindsay were chillin on the beach. Thought we'd be going earlier in the morning so ran at a pretty dumb time... not much shade to be found around noon time, imagine that. At least it was breezy but it still felt warmer than it was. Discouraging run but just have to remember that my solid long runs from earlier in the year were in perfect weather with months of training in the legs... can't be getting ahead of myself just yet!
