Sweat more than I would have liked but that was the humidity's fault, not REAL sweat.
Haven't had time to really do anything besides run the past two days (dead battery on Tues then late night/long run yesterday) so Achilles has a little bit of a dull ache but overall still far ahead of where I was a couple weeks ago.
