Ran with Rob. Started with 4 laps on the track in 5:29, ran over to the start of the FULL MILE loop, did the first one in 5:37, fell off Rob and ran a slow 5̶:̶4̶5̶ whoops 5:49 on the third one, ran back to the track (0.31 off track total) and ran one more lap in 81.

Eh, not great. Think my endurance is still pretty shoddy right now, and I bet even one more week of better miles would have made this workout a lot better. Probably a little tired from lift and a decent run yesterday too, might have benefited from doing it tomorrow but hey, it's over with now. Goal pace of 5:32 to 5:36, so only a little bit off. No pains, though, just had to work hard. Probably just lost focus on #3(ish).

Strides after, first couple were rough but stride really opened up on the second half.
