SO here's the deal, I probably did that too fast but I was on the track (because that was my only way to get splits), so it's not THAT bad. I also thought today was 40-50, not 45-50, so I thought 6 would be fine to stop at since I was going faster than I meant to. OOPS, but whaterr, was a good run regardless, don't hate.
Great weather, started a little warm but cooled down nicely. Wanted to cut down from 7:30 by 20s or so, but it's like impossible to do a 7:30 on the track, so just kind of rolled with the faster pace. Had some fans.
