Medium long run. 8 outside with pickups and then 4 on the treadmill to finish it out (~5min between to grab a new singlet, towel, and get started at gym). Was actually planning on starting with 6 on the treadmill to let it cool down then finishing up with 6 outside, but naturally I procrastinated so by the time I started it was already reasonably cool outside and would be dark for some outside miles if I did treadmill first. Left Achilles wasn't too big of a fan of this but otherwise I felt pretty solid. Had to use the crappy squeaky treadmill with NO FAN because some lady was walking on the other.
