Notes

Alternated 15 elliptical 15 bike for variety, exercises after. Actually worked up a real sweat today, HR around 115 elliptical, 105 bike, avg 130+ 2nd elliptical (was doing pickups), 115 bike... So really only 15min in easy run territory but better than the last two days on the whole
